The population of the world is increasing rapidly, and we are disrupting Earth's systems at a rate that will lead to catastrophes within a few years/decades unless we change our ways radically.

People are already aware of the global warming caused by our burning of fossil fuels, and action is being taken to address that problem. There are other problems of Man's relationship with the Earth that are equally serious but not yet widely recognized.

This film describes these issues, and proposes solutions.

As with climate change, the consequences will overwhelm us if we do not soon take intelligent, decisive action.

The feature-length documentary 'Beyond Climate Change' is set to enter pre-production, after a long period of development.

Based on a study with the same title by William Riedel D.Sc., this is a British/Australian co-production being delivered by Frontier Media, with Portuguese filmmaker João Paulo Simões at the helm.
